GlamScene caught up with Sophia yesterday during one of her many visits to fashions shows at the 2008 New York Fashion Week. Here’s what she had to say:

Tell me about your gorgeous jewels. I’ve seen you wearing them at a few shows.
The jewelry is all Jacobs, and they are lovely and they lent me these earrings that I just die over, and they’re worth more than my house. So I’ll give them back at the end of the week, but I’ll have had a lovely week wearing them.

We’re seeing fall fashions, but what’s your must-have for spring?
For me it’s a lot of transition pieces for spring. Because everyone wants to wear the light fabrics and the chiffons and organzas, but it’s not quite warm yet. So I love pieces that feel like they’re influenced by spring but are still going to keep me warm ? keep me toasty when it’s in the 40′s outside.

What’s your guilty pleasure
Shoes. Shoe shopping!

What TV show are you embarrassed to admit you watch?
I don’t’ have that much time to watch television. It’s sort of like when you’re making a TV show, you don’t have time to watch television shows. But I try to catch up on Grey’s. I’m a big Discovery Channel nerd ? Discovery Channel and National Geographic. I love The Deadliest Catch , Man vs. Wild, Survivor Man. I love Dirty Jobs with Mike Roe. I totally want to go work with him for a while. So I’m one of those kids who watches a lot of educational television.

Why She’s No.86?
Sophia Bush had a great 2007… she appeared in the film The Hitcher and will have a role this year in the movie The Narrows. She was also awarded three Teen Choice Awards. 2007 was a year full of accolades in terms of Sophia Bush’s sexiness too… she was listed on Maxim’s Hot 100 List and FHM’s 100 Sexiest Women of 2007 (U.S. and UK). It’s no wonder you voted her on our Top 99 of 2008 list.

Why Is She Famous?
As Brooke Davis on One Tree Hill, Sophia and her cast of friends and enemies took the WB by storm. For those who remember her short-lived appearances on Nip/Tuck, the scene where she was discovered by her boyfriend-to-be making out with another girl is one the mind will not soon forget. The follow-up threesome trials on the show also helped keep Sophia standing out despite the small role. Sophia has made her way onto the big screen with roles in The Hitcher and The Narrows.
